Amends Saskatchewan's community safety law to add new powers for tackling nuisance properties, including rehabilitation and forfeiture orders.
- Adds graffiti left unaddressed and storage or sale of stolen goods as grounds for specified use complaints
- Creates a new process letting the director seek rehabilitation orders requiring owners to fix up nuisance properties within set timelines
- Allows the director to seek forfeiture of nuisance properties to the Crown if owners fail to restore them
- Lets the court order demolition of structures on nuisance properties and recover costs from the property owner
- Protects certain interest holders, like banks and credit unions, from losing their registered interests when a property is forfeited
- Creates investigator powers to enter, inspect and search properties suspected of being nuisance properties, with warrants where needed
- Sets fines up to $10,000 for individuals and $25,000 for corporations on a first offence, rising for repeat offences, for violating orders under the new Part
