Extends deadlines for the Saskatchewan Chemical Fertilizer Incentive program and adjusts related eligibility and record-keeping rules.

  • Pushes the program's eligibility date from January 1, 2027 to January 1, 2032
  • Sets a new deadline of December 31, 2034 for applications for an SCFI eligibility certificate
  • Requires each SCFI eligibility certificate to state the taxation year it covers
  • Bars issuing any SCFI eligibility certificate for a taxation year after December 31, 2034
  • Removes a condition that previously limited who could be an eligible applicant
  • Updates recordkeeping rules to cover both conditional approvals and eligibility certificates
  • Repeals section 20, with some changes applied retroactively back to July 17, 2020
